UPDATE 10-5-2025: Well pump was stopped up with iron buildup causing very low pressure. I had been talking to Derek about the problem for a few weeks, when "Of course" on Friday evening it started it's "Death Roll" I called and he and his son Hunter were out on Saturday to determine best actions. One thing I LOVE about Derek is he doesn't want you to spend any money that you don't have to. They worked for a large portion of the day on Saturday trying to get the well unclogged with a high dose of chlorine unfortunately that didn't work so on Sunday morning he and Hunter were at my house replacing the pump. They also helped us determine what best next steps were to actually fix the well itself to prevent build up in the future. Derek is as much a teacher as he is a well guy. We LOVE working with Coomer's Well & Pump!!! We HIGHLY Recommend them for all your well and pump needs! Derek was Great!! So thankful for the Great service and wonderful suggestions on the most efficient way to support 2 houses from one well. We will definitely call when needed. Coomer's is top notch professional and they know their stuff. We had a very challenging situation of an old spring on the property that was contaminated, so we hired Coomer's to drill a new well. They were very thoughtful about the location of the well and accommodating to our requests, and handled the coordination with the county. They utilized as much of the old system as possible to save us money and gave us trade-offs for quality upgrades or areas we could save money.
